Over the course of the years many Air Jordan fans have been know to pass on the traditional leather shoes to go with their tuxedos for Prom in favor of various Air Jordan signature shoes. This year, the folks over at Jordan Brand seem to have gotten wind of this trend amongst their die hard fans and will be releasing this Air Jordan I Phat Low "Tuxedo Pack". The "Tuxedo Pack" consists of two separate AJ1 Retro Phat Low's, both pairs feature a seamless patent leather upper, either coming in White, White, and Varsity Red or Black, Black, and Varsity Red. The pack will be released on Saturday, April 18th at select Jordan Brand retailers.

At this point, he iconic Nike Air Force 1 has seen itself remixed and reinterpreted so many times that perhaps the next move is to go back to basics. The latest Nike SB Dunks have been decried for depicting the lack of what had been a signature element: the puffy tongue. Speculation abounds as to whether these pictures are just samples or if Nike is using a new, superiour cushioning system. Either way, the latest lowcut from Beaverton's skate division is a real throwback. Featuring the beloved puffy tongue and perforations on the toe and side panels that evoke 2005's Gino Iannucci-designed 'Band Aids', the Nike SB Dunk Low Premium pictured above looks to be a hit for the coming warmth. The perforated sections, tongue, midsole and collar are done in white with bone-coloured leather offering a tonal accent. Whether this represents a reversion to the puffy tongue is a mystery, but these gumsoled beauties are available for pre-order with a March 28th release from Arktz.
