Q: How can I get information after I have paid for the goods?
A: We will e-mail the tracking number of the express company to you as soon as we receive the tracking number.
Q: When and how can I check on my order status?
A: Normaly, after 3days you can track your package(s).
Q: How do I contact you if I have a question?
A: We prefer to be contacted by email or via MSN.
Q: How long will it take to receive my goods?
A: It usually, on average, takes 7 business days to receive your order. Sometimes the goods are delivered faster. Please note that business days do not include holidays or weekends.
Q: Do you ship to International locations (any country other than USA and Europe)?
A: Yes. We currently ship to many international locations.
Q: Can you reserve a sample for me until I can pay for it?
A: Yes of course, the only thing you have to do is to confirm it by e-mail and we will keep them for you for one week. However, after one week, if we haven’’’’t received your payment, we will sell it further to someone else.
