Nike Zoom Kobe IV - Black - White - Red

We just gave you a look at the Nike Zoom Kobe IV in the MLPS colorway and now we have detailed images of another colorway of the fourth signature shoe from Nike for last year's NBA Most Valuable Player, Kobe Bryant. This newest colorway shown here comes in Black, White, and Red, which may have been inspired by some of the classic Air Jordan (Chicago Bulls) colorways. The shoe features a mostly Black upper with a White Swoosh and hints of Red whereas the outsole is White in the heel and Black in the forefoot. Look for these to release at various Nike Basketball retailers in the near future. via Jordan-ugg.com

Nike Zoom LeBron VI Low - Olive Green Nylon

nike-zoom-lebron-6-low-ss-white-army-green-1-09.jpg

LeBron James’ sixth signature Nike is fittingly tank-like and appears to be nearly indestructible. King James has the unstoppable combination of being faster than those larger than him and larger than those as fast and the Nike Zoom Lebron VI reflects his ability to bang it out in the post. One of the key features is the triple-stitched midsole. The Low version we showed you a few weeks back eschews this rugged construction for a more familiar single single stitch, but this sample splits the difference.

Continuing Nike’s Year of Nylon, this pair appears in tonal olive green. The canvas-like nylon underlay is accented with ripstop on the forefoot strap and heel along with tumbled leather on the swoosh and heel tab. There are two stitches on the midsole instead of one or three. These are a sample, so it’s unclear as to how many will be used in the production release, so stay tuned to Sneaker News for updates. via Jordan-ugg.com

Nike Zoom Lebron VI Akron

Another extraordinary sample from the Nike Zoom series, the Lebron VI Akron is a homage to one of the legends of our time, Lebron James, and his hometown Akron and its university.
The spectacularly successful navy-white-gold colorway dazzles the eyes with not just the elegance of its design, but also with the power that compounds and multiplies its beauty. The harmony of the colors is so striking that our words will probably fail to match the visual experience, even though the picture above is just a picture, not the real item. But don’t neglect the contours of the design, the balance and beauty of the form either. This is a success in every imaginable sense of the word.
Lebron himself was seen proudly sporting this item at the NBA Slam Dunk Contest, and his fans, and fans of success and elegance everywhere will not waste much time in showing their approval of the taste of the champion of basketball.

Nike Zoom LeBron VI - Akron - Release Date

Nike Zoom LeBron VI - Akron - Release Date

Last month, we gave you a close-up look at the Akron edition Zoom LeBron VI that King James was seen wearing courtside at the NBA Slam Dunk Contest. The shoe is a tasteful homage to LeBron’s home town, using a navy/white/gold colorway to represent the city and the University of Akron. This Lebron VI features a white toe section and a navy upper scrawled with illustrated shout outs to LeBron’s childhood street and city. Everything seems to come together nicely, making this one of the freshest LeBron VI’s so far. Look for these to hit House of Hoops this Friday, March 13th. via Jordan-ugg.com.

Nike Air Force 1 Free Hybrid - Wear Test Sample

This past year we’ve seen a number of hybrid models come out of the Nike Sportswear category, the Air Max 90 Current Huarache, Cortez Fly Motion, and we’ve even seen an upcoming Air Max (Maxim) 1 that looks to use some Flywire inspiration on the upper. Little has been done to the Air Force 1 when it underwent some changes a few years ago aside from adding a visible Air unit in the heel. However now pictures have surfaced of a wear test sample Nike Air Force 1 that looks to remove the full length Air unit in the sole of the shoe with Zoom Air in the heel and what looks to be something along the lines of Nike Free in the forefoot. Before those of you Air Force 1 fanatics start a petition, understand that these are wear test samples (notice the numbers written on the shoes) and might not necessarily make it to the market. via Jordan-ugg.com
