Nike Air Rejuven8 LE - Fluo Pack

The Nike Air Rejuven8 was debuted prior to the 2008 Beijing Olympics and they were seen everywhere during the Olympics, particularly on the Medal Stand when various Nike athletes and teams accepted their medals. Now the Rejuven8 is making a return during the Summer months of 2009 in a pack of four colorways dubbed the "Fluo Pack" which will consist of two Men's colorways and two Women's colorways. The pack of four will hit select Nike retailers in the upcoming weeks. Nike Zoom Kobe IV - Black - White - Red

We just gave you a look at the Nike Zoom Kobe IV in the MLPS colorway and now we have detailed images of another colorway of the fourth signature shoe from Nike for last year's NBA Most Valuable Player, Kobe Bryant. This newest colorway shown here comes in Black, White, and Red, which may have been inspired by some of the classic Air Jordan (Chicago Bulls) colorways. The shoe features a mostly Black upper with a White Swoosh and hints of Red whereas the outsole is White in the heel and Black in the forefoot. Nike Big Nike High LE - Phi Slamma Jamma

Though the early draft entry trend that picked up steam in the mid-90s has continued and diluted the overall collection of talent in NCAA men's basketball, we have memories of a ton of great teams from yesteryear that stayed together for several years. Key among those was the high-flying 'Phi Slamma Jamma' crew that made three Final Fours between 1982 and '84.

Though they never won a championship and were victim to the Cinderella NC State team that won on a miracle alley-oop in 1983, this group is still widely remembered for exhibiting athleticism well beyond their era. Key Slamma Jammas Hakeem Olajuwon and Clyde Drexler reunited with the Houston Rockets in 1995, leading the Rockets to Olajuwon's second straight NBA championship.

As for the shoes, they're a throwback to the hardwood fraternity, as evinced by the Greek letter Phi, LeBron's Dunkman insignia and a backboard representing their three letters of unity. Red, black and white plaid on the side panels honouring Coach Guy Lewis contrasts the red and white leather that make up the rest of the upper, while a college-styled 'Nike' on the heel adds a subtle twist on the Big Nike design. The first House of Hoops exclusive to draw inspiration from college players rather than NBA legends, these joints will probably drop at jordan-ugg.com's specialty stores well after March Madness has drawn to a close. Nike Air Tech Challenge Hybrid - White/Volt-Hot Lava

If you are totally sick of Nike hybrid models by now, you may want to look away, but don't be so quick to dismiss these until you take a closer look. Tennis great, Andre Agassi's shoe, the Nike Air Tech Challenge was one of Nike's hottest models back in the late 80's and early 90's and was even embraced by those with no appreciation whatsoever for tennis. There were four Air Tech Challenge models released between 1989 and 1992 and now the most recognizable attributes of each have all been combined into one shoe that pays homage to the entire line.

We showed you another colorway of the Air Tech Challenge Hybrid a few months back, but this one seems to do it even more justice in terms of trying to capture the look of all four. You can immediately pick out the Lava graphics from the ATC II, the wavy Volt Yellow section from the ATC III and the wildly colorful heel from the ATC IV, but you'll have to look closer to find other retro inclusions in this hybrid design. If these summon up instant nostalgia for you the way they do for us, these are available right now on eBay.

5Boro x Vans Forty-Four Hi

Although they were hyped as a East vs. West showdown between Vans loving brands and boutiques, the grey/gold pair we saw yesterday have yet to be co-branded. The pair pictured above is another story, clearly reppin' the east coast. The 5Boro x Vans Forty-Four Hi is obviously inspired by the NY boutique and its namesakes. Done in black suede with pink accents, the side panels reveal the 5Boro logo, while the individual sections of New York are printed on the tongue and laces. Topping them off are leather Vans stripes and a pigeon on the outer mudguard. These are available now at select Vans retailers including CCS.
